Where AI may be used

AI-assisted tools may support search, content organisation, enquiry triage, learning explanations or administrative workflows. Human review remains important where decisions, safeguarding, accuracy or educational consequences matter.

What AI should not imply

AI output should not be presented as a tutor's professional judgement, a clinical diagnosis, a guaranteed academic outcome or authoritative legal advice.

Learning integrity

AI-assisted study support should help learners understand and practise. It should not be used to misrepresent authorship or evade the rules of an assessment.

Transparency

Where a user is directly interacting with an AI-supported feature, the interface should make that clear.
